Ginger Tea

Teacup

  • Slice a some fresh ginger into a pot or cup.
  • Pour boiling water over it
  • Let it steep 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste.
  • Drink and enjoy.

Aids digestion and warms the body and soul.
