Ginger Tea
- Slice a some fresh ginger into a pot or cup.
- Pour boiling water over it
- Let it steep 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste.
- Drink and enjoy.
Aids digestion and warms the body and soul.
